What's new in Apolaris AI
basicHow we release improvements, and where to find what changed each month.
Apolaris AI is improved continuously. Every month has its own page here listing what we released — new capabilities, improvements to things you already use, fixes, speed work, and anything we did to keep your data safe.
You never have to update anything
Updates reach your account automatically. There is nothing to download, no version to choose, and no maintenance window you need to plan around: when you next open Apolaris AI, you are already on the newest release.
Your data, settings, saved templates, permissions and integrations carry over untouched. If a change affects something you configured, you will find it called out on that month's page.
How to read a month's page
Each entry is one line, grouped by what kind of change it is:
| Group | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| New | Something you could not do before |
| Improved | Something you already use that now works better or covers more cases |
| Fixed | Something that behaved incorrectly and now behaves as it should |
| Faster | Work you will feel as quicker screens or quicker responses |
| Security & privacy | Protection of your account and your customers' data |
Each line names the part of the product it affects — Appointments, Online booking, WhatsApp & chat, Security cameras, and so on — so you can skim for the areas your business actually uses.
Looking for how a feature works rather than when it changed? Start from the help centre home or use the search box at the top of any page.
What you will not find here
We deliberately keep this page short and free of engineering detail. Work that you cannot see or feel — internal groundwork, infrastructure, testing and tooling — is not listed, because it would bury the changes that matter to you. That work is still recorded on our side; it simply is not news.
