How it is run
Apolaris AI is a managed service: Apolaris operates and maintains the platform for you. There are no servers to run, no updates to install, and no backups to schedule — that is all handled for you behind the scenes.
Inside your own organization you have full control. The owner and managers configure sites, modules, staff, and settings; everyone else gets exactly the access their permissions grant. You never see other organizations' data, and platform-wide controls are not part of your account — they belong to Apolaris.
Some setup tasks (turning whole modules on or off, seeding starter data, or removing an organization) are handled by Apolaris. If you need one of these, just contact support — your managers run everything else day to day.
